This is a handy external CD and DVD reader/writer/player that connects to computers with a USB port.
Inside is a Matshita UJ-898 that was originally in an Apple Mac POwerBook G4 laptop. It works with all current Apple Mac computers. I am unsure if it works with Windows computers.
It can read and record CD-R and CD-RW discs, and DVD-R, DVD-R DL, DVD-RW, DVD+R, DVD+R DL, DVD+RW discs.
